The service
HumanyzeAI is a personal planner offered by VICA Technology. You get a 14-day trial of the whole product without a card, then a subscription at USD 12 a month plus applicable tax, billed monthly through Stripe.
Your account
You need a working email address and must keep your sign-in to yourself. One person per account; it isn’t a team product.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time from Settings › Billing. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t charge during the trial, and we don’t refund partial months except where the law requires it or where something on our side went wrong, in which case write to hello@humanyzeai.com.
Your data
Your tasks, plans and history are yours. You can export them at any time and delete your account from Settings; see the Privacy page for what we keep and for how long. We don’t sell data and don’t use it to train AI models.
Connections
Google Calendar and Todoist are optional. When connected, HumanyzeAI reads what you select and writes only to the HumanyzeAI calendar it creates, or marks Todoist tasks done when you finish them here. You can disconnect either at any time.
What we promise and don’t
We aim to keep HumanyzeAI available and your data safe, with backups and a tested restore. Plans are suggestions based on what you enter; you stay responsible for your commitments. The service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months, to the extent the law allows.
Acceptable use
Don’t use HumanyzeAI to break the law, to probe or overload the service, or to process other people’s personal data without their consent. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
