HumanyzeAI keeps the least it needs to plan your days. This page says what we store, who else handles it, and how to take it with you or delete it.

Google Calendar
We read the calendars you select to know when you’re busy, and write only to a calendar called HumanyzeAI that we create. Calendar data is used only to plan your time. It isn’t sold, used for ads, or used to train AI models. HumanyzeAI’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
AI requests
An AI request sends only what it needs, such as the note you paste or the task you want split. Planning and recovery use fixed rules and never send your calendar to an AI model.
Export and deletion
Export everything from Settings as JSON and CSV at any time. Deleting your account removes your data from our live systems straight away, revokes our access to Google and Todoist, and cancels your subscription. Backups containing it are deleted within 30 days.
If your trial or subscription ends
Your data stays readable for 90 days so you can export it or return. We email you twice before deleting it.
