Why doesn’t a task fit today?

HumanyzeAI only places work where you said you’re available. When a task lands in the Doesn’t fit tray below your stopping time, one of these is usually the reason.

Your workload limit is reached

If you set a daily limit of 6 h, HumanyzeAI won’t plan a seventh hour, even if your calendar looks free. Raise the limit in Settings, or move the task to another day.

There’s no gap long enough

A task that can’t be split needs one free stretch as long as its remaining time. Allow splitting on the task, or shorten its estimate if it really needs less.

It’s waiting for another task

Tasks that depend on others are placed after them. Open the task to see what it’s waiting for.

Protected time is in the way

Breaks and protected personal time are never used for work.
